NDIS support · Melbourne & regional Victoria

Helping people get the best out of life

Soda Care delivers practical, respectful disability support in homes and communities right across Victoria. You choose the supports. You choose the hours. We take the time to match you with a worker who genuinely fits.

  • NDIS screened workers
  • Flexible, reliable rostering
  • Metro & regional coverage

Support that starts with a conversation

“Tell us what a good week looks like for you. We will build the supports around that — not the other way around.”

  • Free, no-obligation intake conversation
  • Thoughtful worker matching, not a random roster
  • Plan-managed, self-managed and NDIA-managed welcome

What we do

Supports built around your NDIS goals

Whether you need a few hours of help each week or a full package of daily supports, we can scale with you as your plan and your goals change.

Why Soda Care

Good support is personal

Plenty of providers can fill a shift. What actually makes a difference is who turns up, whether they turn up consistently, and whether they understand what matters to you. That is where we put our effort.

We keep our matching deliberate, our coordinators reachable, and our team supported — because a worker who feels valued is a worker who stays.

More about us

What you can expect from us

  • A real person to call. A named coordinator who knows your situation.
  • Consistency. The same small team wherever possible, so you are not re-explaining yourself.
  • Clear communication. Notes, rosters and changes confirmed with you, not sprung on you.
  • Dignity of risk. Support to try things, not to be wrapped in cotton wool.
  • Cultural safety. Interpreters and culturally matched workers where you need them.

Getting started

Four steps from first call to first shift

  1. Get in touch

Call, email or send the enquiry form. Tell us roughly what you are after — you do not need to have it all worked out.

  2. Free intake conversation

We meet you (in person, by phone or online) to understand your goals, routines, preferences and plan funding.

  1. Your support plan & agreement

We put the supports, hours and costs in writing in a plain-English service agreement, so there are no surprises.

  2. Meet your worker & start

We introduce your matched worker before their first shift. If the fit is not right, we will change it — no awkwardness.

For participants & families

New to the NDIS?

Plans, categories, price limits, plan management types — it is a lot. We have written a plain-English guide to what the NDIS funds and how to use it, with no jargon and nothing to sign.
