These are usually added alongside a core support rather than booked on their own.
Practical, one-to-one coaching on the skills you want to own — cooking, budgeting, public transport, phone and internet, appointments and self-advocacy.
Support to get to work, study, therapy and appointments, in your vehicle or your worker’s, including building confidence on public transport.
Planned or emergency respite, in-home or out, so families and carers get a genuine break without worrying about who is stepping in.
Sleepover and active night shifts for people who need help or reassurance overnight, with clear handover to the morning team.
Support for people with higher clinical or behavioural needs, delivered by workers with the specific training your situation requires.
In-home and community support for older Australians and privately funded clients, on the same terms and with the same workers.
Where we work
We roster across metropolitan Melbourne — inner, north, east, south-east and west — and throughout regional Victoria. Wherever possible we match you with a worker who lives near you, because short travel is what makes a roster reliable.
If we do not yet have coverage in your town, tell us anyway. We recruit to demand, and knowing where the need is helps us get there.
Coverage varies by support type and time of day. Ask us about your specific suburb or town.
No. Most of the people we support are NDIS participants, but we also work with privately funded clients, Home Care Package recipients and people waiting on an access decision. Get in touch and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.
All three. We can invoice the NDIA directly for NDIA-managed plans, invoice your plan manager for plan-managed plans, or invoice you directly if you self-manage.
Our standard minimum shift is two hours, which is normal across the sector — it makes shifts viable for workers and keeps your roster reliable. Shorter shifts can sometimes be arranged where a worker is already nearby.
For straightforward requests in metropolitan Melbourne we can usually have a worker in place within one to two weeks of a signed service agreement. Complex requests, overnight supports and some regional areas take longer, and we will give you a realistic timeframe up front rather than an optimistic one.
Yes, at any time and without needing to justify it. Fit matters more than convenience, and we would much rather rematch you than have you put up with someone who is not right.
That is completely normal. Tell us what is hard at the moment and we will work out the rest together.
