Daily living & personal care

Assistance with daily life

Practical, respectful help with the everyday things — getting up and ready, meals, medication, and keeping your home the way you like it. Delivered on your schedule, by workers you know.

Support with the everyday

Daily living support covers the tasks that have to happen whether or not it has been a good day. Our job is to make them easier without taking them over — you stay in charge of how things are done in your own home.

How we do it

Your routine, written down and followed

Before the first shift we sit down with you (and family or carers if you want them there) and write your routine out properly — the order you like things done, what you can do yourself, what you want left alone, and how you prefer to be spoken to.

Every worker reads it before they walk in. That is why our workers are not standing in your kitchen asking where the plates go.

Who this suits

  • People needing help to start or end the day
  • People with physical disability or limited mobility
  • People living with degenerative conditions
  • People whose capacity varies day to day
  • People leaving hospital and returning home
  • Older Australians wanting to stay at home longer
